1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk368 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk368 website located at tk368.app and all associated services, products, software, and content offered through it (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the tk368 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any other feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

tk368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the tk368 Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of their account's operation:

• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have a current self-exclusion agreement in place with tk368 or any affiliated platform.

• You must not be employed by tk368, affiliated with a game provider whose games appear on the platform, or in a position that presents a conflict of interest with fair play on the platform.

tk368 may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, or address from any player. Such requests must be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To use the full range of tk368 Services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, residential address in Bangladesh, and a preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on the tk368 platform. Opening additional accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, tk368 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and forfeit all bonus balances and winnings without prior notice or compensation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk368 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tk368 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures consistent with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill showing your name and address. KYC verification is required before the processing of your first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during your account's lifespan at the platform's discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your tk368 account balance within seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6). During periods of high transaction volume — particularly during BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup match days — processing may take up to 2 hours. tk368 commits to processing all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours under all circumstances.

4.4 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts (including shared bKash/Nagad numbers, family accounts, or business accounts not in your name) will be rejected, and any associated winnings may be voided. This rule protects against fraud and money laundering.

4.5 Currency and Conversion

All balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals on tk368 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk368 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. No currency conversion is applied to BDT accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and complete their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the tk368 Welcome Bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus is credited automatically to the player's account following confirmation of the qualifying deposit. The Welcome Bonus is available to each eligible player once only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by tk368 — including the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions — are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered on qualifying games before any withdrawal of funds attributable to the bonus is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tk368 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the Welcome Bonus more than once, placing opposing bets to neutralise wagering requirements, using automated tools to complete wagering, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances cancelled and may have their account permanently closed.

5.4 Promotional Terms

All promotions, including seasonal offers tied to Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL, and IPL, are subject to their own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.5 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within their account dashboard.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

tk368 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers test matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time. All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules for the applicable sport and market. In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules for that sport as published on the platform.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available on selected live events. tk368 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during live play, if there is a technical issue, a significant change in match circumstances, or a suspicion of irregular betting activity. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension will be settled at the odds at which they were accepted.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games available on tk368 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games including Fortune Horse and Butterfly Blossom from Spribe — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or real-time live dealer operations. The house edge for each game is determined by the respective game provider and is embedded in the game's certified Return to Player (RTP) percentage.

6.4 Bet Acceptance and Errors

tk368 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in the published odds — including but not limited to pricing errors, system errors, or human input errors — tk368 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. No winnings arising from a manifest error will be paid.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using tk368 Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to observe the following obligations at all times:

• You will not use the platform to engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct.
• You will not use software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for human players.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, fix, or influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game in connection with your use of the platform.
• You will not deposit funds derived from illegal activities or use the platform for money laundering purposes.
• You will not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the technical operation of the tk368 platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• You will not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or sports betting context.
• You will not use the Services in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of tk368 or any third party.
• You will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise make available your account credentials to another person.

tk368 actively monitors all accounts and betting activity for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, tk368 may immediately suspend the affected account, void all bets placed from that account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your tk368 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees, provided that all wagering requirements attached to active bonuses have been met or the bonus has been forfeited.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation by the support team. 8.3 Platform-Initiated Closure

tk368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against tk368.
• Any other conduct that tk368 determines, in its reasonable judgement, to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the Services.

Where an account is closed by tk368 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — may be forfeited entirely. tk368 is under no obligation to provide a detailed explanation for account closure decisions made on the basis of fraud or security concerns.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tk368 will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email before a dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be permanently closed.

8.5 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the tk368 Services, including bet settlements, account actions, payment processing, or bonus treatment, you should contact the support team in the first instance at [email protected]. tk368 commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. All disputes will be reviewed fairly and impartially by the tk368 compliance team.
